Decentralized communications with Ring - Debconf 16

This talk will be an introduction to Ring and the technology behind it. We will explore how OpenDHT and ICE are used to initiate communications and transmit messages in an decentralized and secure manner. The talk also includes a presentation of the different Ring clients, notably the new `ring` package that has made it to Debian testing this week. Finally, we will have a look at an up and comming new Ring freature: username registration using ethereum and a block chain.
